What you'll do

Responsibilities

Understand user workflows, pain points, systems and constraints through structured discovery.
Translate requirements into solution outlines, prototypes, integrations and implementation tasks.
Build or adapt APIs, automation and application components to connect business systems.
Investigate integration issues, reproduce defects and coordinate practical fixes.
Demonstrate working solutions, gather feedback and refine scope with stakeholders.
Document assumptions, configuration, decisions, handover needs and risks.

What you should bring

Required skills and experience

Experience building or implementing software solutions, integrations or technical products.
Comfort with a programming language, APIs, data formats and debugging.
Ability to translate workflow needs into technical steps.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsible approach to access, data handling, testing and change management.

Additional strengths

Helpful experience

Implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting or customer-facing delivery.
CRM/ERP platforms, workflow tools, cloud services or integration patterns.
Technical discovery, workshops or prototype demonstrations.
